Brave – Marillion; as it pushes concepts to the concept of conceptual concepts (one for the Prog quarter).
Farewell to Kings - Rush; I don’t know why. Everything about it makes me smile (one more for the Prog Quarter – it’s a landslide!).
Brainwashed - George Harrison; a tough call as either this, the last album by the 'quiet one', or his debut All Things Must Pass must surely sum up the subtle touch and singular songwriting of a most talented man. Can I not pick them both please???
What do you sing in the shower?
I don’t really sing. I’m normally too busy hurtling toward Billy Mill roundabout whilst dressed as Arthur Askey.
Which musician, other than youself, have you ever wanted to be?
Peter Donegan, because he doesn’t appear to ever genuinely have anything to worry about except getting grout on his iPod. Or maybe Alex Lifeson? I think I got over that one though.
